Middle of the Terrace

Preliminary study for a rear and side-return extension to this Victorian mid-terrace house in Walthamstow.

The clients need extra space to accommodate their expanding family and they would like a large sociable kitchen, living, and dining space.  All of the works are to be done under permitted development and the aim is to maximise the amount of additional light-filled space suitable for modern family life.
